Abesco has been manufacturing tie-downs and foundations for mobile homes for over 30 years.  We Design and Manufacture all forms of tie-downs, foundations & awnings for homes and commercial office buildings.  Our foundations are tested and re-engineered every two years to make sure they meet and exceed the ever changing regulations set forth by the State of California, California Building Code, and Housing & Community Development.  

We designed our retro-fit bracing system in the mid 90’s with our engineer, Dave Dahmen from Pacific Consulting Engineers.  We then taught contractors in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona how to install it.  This foundation has been put under tens of thousands of homes to this point.  We have installed this foundation under schools and worked hand in hand with the Army Corp of Engineers to brace their military housing in Alaska, Texas, Washington, Oregon, and California.  We have also been in contact with FEMA & Temporary Disaster Services to retro-fit South America, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, and the U.S.
